Submission of monthly progress report of income and expenditure report.
- Rent recovery statement of all APMCs.
- Ledger book for attestation every month.
- Preparation of trial balance every month and submission of the same for perusal of the authorities of the APMC.
- Preparation of the Balance sheet of the APMC in association with the Chartered Accountant.
- To put up latest position of Market Fee and 25% board share of Market Fee collected by the APMCs every month.
- Preparation of APMC’s Budget every year.
Approval of final expenditure head wise viz a viz budget for the financial year ending in March every year in respect of the APMC’s.
Any other duties which may be assigned by the authorities from time to time.
