    Divisional Accountant

    1. Submission of monthly progress report of income and expenditure report of APMCs.
    2. Rent recovery statement of all APMCs.
    3. Ledger book for attestation every month.
    4. Preparation of trial balance every month and submission of the same for perusal of the authorities of the Board .
    5. Preparation of the Balance sheet of the H.P.State Agricultural Marketing  Board in association with the Chartered Accountant.
    6. To put up latest position of 25% board share of Market Fee deposited by the APMCs every month.
    7. Submission of progress report regarding collection of Market Fees by the APMCs.
    8. Preparation of Board’s Budget every year.
    9. Approval of final expenditure head wise viz a viz budget for the financial year ending in March every year.
    10. Submission of progress report of out standing recovery position of contractors as pointed out by the Audit.
    11. Any other duties which may be assigned by the authorities from time to time.
